Associated Speech & Language Services, Inc. has not experienced any claims or lawsuits since purchasing this practice in October 1999 hence there is no pending litigation. A Certificate of Status from the State of MD Department of Assessment and Taxation documents that Associated Speech & Language Services, Inc. "is a corporation duly incorporated and existing under and by virtue of the laws of Maryland and the corporation has filed all annual reports required, has no outstanding late filing penalties on those reports, and has a resident agent. Therefore, the corporation is at the time of this certificate (signed and dated May 11, 2009) in good standing".
