Staff of Associated Speech & Language Services, Inc. has been working with various Public and Non-Public Schools in and around the Baltimore and Harford County areas over the recent decade. These services have included, but have not been limited to individual and group treatment services in Head Start, elementary, middle and high schools, including a Transitional Head Injury Program; treatment services for home-based students; Extended School Year (ESY) service in schools and homes; compensatory/remedy services (in schools and homes); assessments in schools (as far away as Rockville) in homes and in community libraries;. Given this considerable history, it is the belief of the principals of Associated Speech & Language Services, Inc. that this company is positioned to provide a significant increase in services to a variety of public and non-public school districts once SLP staff is recruited, credentialed, trained and available for placement.

Associated Speech & Language Services, Inc. also operates an outpatient rehabilitation facility providing professional speech-language services to individuals of all ages, disabilities and disorders, and recognized by the Medicare program of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (formerly known as the Health Care Financing Administration, HCFA) with Provider No.: 21-6534. As well, all staff has obtained a National Provider Identification (NPI) numbers. The practice employs only clinicians licensed in the state of Maryland, and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A listing of private insurance companies currently reimbursing for services in the clinic is provided in Appendix A. As well on-line billing is completed on a daily basis with a daily record of the status of claims. Credit card processing for all co-pays and deductibles is available as well.
